The Hoops Institute of Taxation Research and Policy, in partnership with the state Department of Revenue, will host the annual Washington State Tax Conference on the Pullman campus Aug. 11–12. The conference promotes understanding among stakeholders who often have opposing viewpoints. Tax attorneys, CPAs, and business people are encouraged to attend.
Early bird registration is available online for $175 until July 11. Late registration is available for $225 after July 11. Sessions begin at 8 a.m. on Thursday, Aug. 11, in Spark G45. Attendees may select a fully in‑person option, on the Washington State University Pullman campus, or a fully online version via Zoom. The registration cost is the same for both options. In‑person participants receive some meals as well as networking opportunities. The event will not be recorded, and full and active attendance (either online or in‑person) is required to receive the CEU/CLE credit hours.
