Carson College of Business hosts job offer negotiation workshop and panel

The Carson College of Business will host a job offer negotiation workshop and panel open to all WSU students Thursday, March 24, 5–6:30 p.m. in CUE 119. Interested students must preregister on the event website. Space is limited to the first 60 registrants.

The workshop will guide students on negotiation techniques to obtain the best salary, start date, benefits, potential signing bonus and relocation package as they land their first jobs after graduation.

Presenters include:

  • Tom Tripp, Carson College senior associate dean of academic affairs
  • Chip Hunter, Carson College dean

Guest panelist:

  • Shannon Flynn (’95), vice president of corporate human resources, Fortive Corporation
