Academic Outreach and Innovation (AOI) has announced additional trainings for December. They have also posted the full schedule of trainings for early January and the Spring 2022 semester. All trainings are available via Zoom.
Teaching from a Distance Series in December:
- Strategies and Best Practices (Dec. 6)
- Community Building and Connection (Dec. 7)
- Authentic Assessment (Dec. 8)
By attending three AOI trainings, with at least one from the Teaching from a Distance series, anyone teaching with Canvas can take the first step toward earning their Distance Delivery Mastery Certificate.
Furthermore, if you are planning to teach a course with a remote instructional component (per recent Provost communications), the above-listed workshops count toward the required training and support.
