BPPM/SPPM Forms Access Issue

Security issues have required access changes to the forms published from the Procedures, Records, and Forms WordPress server. All users must turn on VPN (through Global Connect) before attempting to access any of the BPPM/SPPM forms.

It is recommended that the user connects their computer through the VPN service (e.g., GlobalProtect), and then turns the browser on to access BPPM/SPPM forms.

NOTE: Crimson Service Desk advised us that users working from hardwired campus connections may still need to log in through VPN to access the BPPM/SPPM forms.
