WSUAA Movie Club – Reel Conversations with Cougs

The WSU Alumni Association is excited for Cougs to join the exclusive, online movie club, Reel Conversations with Cougs. This self-paced, virtual movie club is hosted through a private forum where you will discuss “movies that matter” connected to history and social issues. The forum provides a platform to chat about what you’re watching and the option to make friends with other Cougs. Reel Conversations with Cougs is completely FREE and open to all WSU alumni, faculty, staff, students, and friends. Movie selections will be available to stream online via Netflix or Amazon Prime.

The group will watch a range of movies including box-office hits, Oscar winners, independent films, and documentaries. If you love watching movies, learning about history and social issues, and staying connected with other Cougs, this is definitely the place for you!

You’ll receive regular emails to help you get the most of your movie-watching experience, suggested timelines, and moderated online discussions facilitated by Professional Book Club Guru, our partner in the movie club. The WSUAA movie club, Reel Conversations with Cougs, will start its discussion with the first movie, Fruitvale Station, on June 1, 2021.
