Poster sessions, Three-Minute Thesis take center stage at Showcase

Expand your knowledge, connect with colleagues, and spark new ideas today at Academic Showcase and the Graduate and Professional Student Association (GPSA) Research Exposition. These online poster sessions display the research, scholarship, and creative work of faculty, staff, and graduate and professional students.

At 7:00 this evening, join the University community online for the final round of Three-Minute Thesis. This annual competition gives doctoral students three minutes to present a compelling oration on their thesis and its significance.

The events are part of Showcase, the University’s weeklong celebration of academic excellence. Showcase honors the achievements of WSU scholars and provides forums for sharing their research and creative work.

The full schedule of Showcase events includes poster sessions, competitions, presentations, and an awards ceremony. All held online, events will run through next Monday, March 29.

Academic Showcase and the Graduate and Professional Student Association (GPSA) Research Exposition will continue through tomorrow. Crimson Reads, a celebration of WSU authors, will be underway throughout the week.
