Coug Voices Event: Share your story and destigmatize mental health

Coug Voices is an opportunity to build community and share stories of resilience, growth, and hope. The theme of this event is: My Mental Health Journey

We are all on our mental health journeys. If you are willing to share a snapshot of yours, it may help others to know they are not alone.

WSU students are invited to submit a story or original poem —up to an 8-minute talk or poetry reading— they would be willing to share at our live-streamed virtual event.

Information provided and opinions expressed may not reflect the understanding or opinion of WSU. Accuracy of the information presented is the responsibility of those who submitted it. The self-uploaded posts are reviewed for compliance with state statutes and ethics guidelines but are not edited for spelling, grammar, or clarity.
