ITS Maintenance: Phone cluster reboot tonight

From 9 p.m. to 1 a.m. tonight, Information Technology Services (ITS) will be rebooting the phone system for the following locations:

  • WSU Pullman
  • WSU Everett
  • WSU Seattle
  • College of Agricultural, Human, and Natural Resource Sciences (CAHNRS) Research Experience for Undergraduates (REU)

As always, when WSU phone servers are restarted, on-campus phones will re-register multiple times. If your phone shows as unregistered tomorrow, please unplug the phone, wait 10 seconds, and plug it back in again. 

Continued phone outages should be reported to the Crimson Service Desk.
