Getting help with Workday

The launch of Workday is swiftly approaching. The Modernization Initiative has launched a new tool, the Workday Support Desk, to provide resources and help answer questions about the new system.

Replacing the previous ModHelp Desk, the Workday Support Desk is the new place to submit questions. The comprehensive new resource also includes other ways to find information and get help.

For example, the new service desk connects to the Workday Knowledge Base, which includes a searchable database of the most commonly asked questions about Workday, self-help articles, and training materials.

Additional support in each area is also available via the Change Network.
