What’s new for Modernization?

Since the beginning of October, the Modernization Team has released new articles about comp time, the Deploy stage, and more.

The deadline for using or paying out your accrued compensatory (comp) time has changed. The new deadline is December 11, 2020. Read more about using comp time here.

The University is now in the Deploy stage for Workday, which is the final stage before the software launches. This includes Workday training and the implementation of the new Workday Service Desk. Learn about the Deploy stage in this post.

Cutover is part of the Deploy stage. This is the process of transitioning from current systems to Workday. You can find the final deadlines for transactions in current systems before the switch to Workday in December on this web page.

In addition, a new tool called the OBIEE Crosswalk Report was launched this month. The crosswalk converts values from the Chart of Accounts to their values in Workday.
