Internship opportunity – International Programs media coordinator

We are seeking a creative and adventurous person to join the International Programs communications team as External Media Coordinator. This internship is an opportunity to perform a variety of communication, graphic design, social media, and media production tasks. These tasks will promote IP successes and inform external audiences about IP services. The External Media Coordinator will help complete communications task requests from various departments within International Programs and work in collaboration with content creators in these and other departments across campus. This position is designed to qualify as a 3-credit internship for students in the Strategic Communications program. This may qualify as an internship for other programs as well.

Job requirements

  • Familiarity with a wide variety of multimedia software and hardware
  • Strong experience with graphic design
  • Keen organizational skills
  • Professional writing and oral communication skills

Other info

  • Hours – 10-15 hours/week
  • Term – Summer, fall, spring terms. This position is designed to provide 150 hours of work to qualify for 3 credits in a semester or summer term.
