Workshop: Coping through the COVID-19 pandemic

All Students welcome to attend this workshop through WSU Counseling Services. This will be delivered through Zoom! on March 26 at 5:15 p.m. Please sign up through the ASCC.

Students will learn strategies of how to live their best lives while living with the uncertainty, change, fear, and isolation that they may be experiencing due to the COVID-19 pandemic. This training will focus specifically on tips for coping with the COVID-19 pandemic outlined by Dr. Russ Harris, a psychotherapist and author of the international best-selling self-help book “The Happiness Trap.”
