ITS maintenance: Phone cluster reboot tonight

Between 8:00 p.m. and 2:00 a.m. tonight, March 18, Information Technology Services (ITS) will be rebooting the Cisco Call Manager system in order to prepare for upcoming work in the Data Center.

This maintenance will take less than five minutes and should not be user impacting. Calls in progress should not be affected by this maintenance.

If for some reason a user does encounter an issue with their phone—such as the phone being unregistered—the user should unplug the cable from the back of the phone, wait 10 seconds, and plug it back in.
