ITS maintenance notice: PaloAlto firewall upgrades scheduled

Information Technology Services will be upgrading the PaloAlto firewalls at the Pullman, Everett, and Spokane campuses to address a security advisory on the dates listed below. Though no service outage is expected, a one- to two-second delay in traffic may be experienced during the process.

The upgrade schedule is as follows:

  • Everett Border – Sunday, February 23, 12:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m.
  • Spokane Border – Monday, February 24, 10:00 p.m. to 12:00 a.m.
  • Pullman Border – Tuesday, March 3, 4:00 a.m. to 6:00 a.m.
