ITS Office 365 Exchange online update

Information Technology Services is changing the default egress email routing for Exchange Online in Office 365 on July 18 at 8 p.m. This is an internal management maintenance process, so users should expect no changes to their email accounts following this routing change.

Any questions or issues following this update should be directed to crimsonservicedesk@wsu.edu.

Users can also visit its.wsu.edu for ongoing projects and services information.
