Final Reminder: Mainframe Outage May 11

Please see the following scheduled ITS maintenance process:

On May 11, starting at 2 p.m. and ending at 3 p.m., Information Technology Services will be applying OS patches to the production mainframe system (WSUMVS1).

During this time, all access to the Mainframe AIS terminal applications, as well as employee self-service applications within my.wsu.edu under the “HR, Payroll, and Benefits” tile, will be unavailable.
