The State of Washington is implementing a new information technology (IT) professional/technical classification and compensation structure. This means, if approved by the State legislature, all state agency and higher education classified IT positions will be allocated into the new structure or other classification. Human Resource Services will be hosting information sessions to discuss the impacts these changes may have on employees and department operations, as well as the process by which HRS will be evaluating and allocating positions.
