Emeritus Society Awards reminder

Reminder for faculty mentoring undergraduate students:

The Washington State University Emeritus Society is pleased to announce that we will again collaborate with the Office of Undergraduate Research for the 2019 Excellence in Undergraduate Scholarship and Research Award program.  This year the society will provide five awards of $500; one each in the areas of arts, humanities and creative activities, physical sciences and mathematics, biosciences, social, economic and behavioral sciences, and engineering and applied science.

To be eligible for an award, students must apply to present their work at the Office’s SURCA poster session.

Faculty mentors and students can learn more about the awards program at our web site, www.emeritussociety.wsu.edu.  Alternatively you can email our office, emeritussociety@wsu.edu for additional information.

The Notices and Announcements section is provided as a service to the WSU community for sharing events such as lectures, trainings, and other highly transactional types of information related to the university experience. Information provided and opinions expressed may not reflect the understanding or opinion of WSU. Accuracy of the information presented is the responsibility of those who submitted it. The self-uploaded posts are reviewed for compliance with state statutes and ethics guidelines but are not edited for spelling, grammar, or clarity.
