Admissions Imaging Change

Enterprise Systems is pleased to announce that the Admissions modules in WebCenter Content Imaging & Capture 12.2.1.3, including Undergraduate Admissions, Graduate School, International Programs, College of Business and Teacher Certification, are going live effective next Tuesday, Jan. 22.

In preparation for Tuesday’s change, all integrations into imaging are moving from legacy to the new version tomorrow, Jan. 18.  Following completion of this step, the legacy imaging system will be available in a view-only capacity.

Please complete Kofax batches prior to 4:30 p.m. Friday, Jan. 18, to ensure proper migration to the new system.  Beginning Tuesday, Jan. 22, staff should plan to log in to Oracle WebCenter for all imaging needs.
