Annual Open Enrollment Extended

The PEBB annual open enrollment deadline has been extended through today, Monday, December 3, 2018 at 11:59 p.m.! This is due to technical difficulties HCA experienced with their online MyAccount portal on Friday, November 30, 2018.

You may continue to make plan changes, add dependents, or attest to the spousal premium surcharge through the rest of today, December 3, 11:59 p.m., through MyAccount or paper enrollment form. All forms must be received at HRS Pullman no later than Monday, December 3, 2018. They can be faxed to 509-335-1259 through 11:59 p.m., or dropped off at your campus’ HRS Office by 5 p.m.

Open Enrollment has also been extended for the Flexible Spending Arrangement (FSA) and the Dependent Care Assistance Program (DCAP) for 2019. You can enroll online through the Navia Benefit Solutions portal, by submitting an enrollment form to Navia through fax (425-233-6366) or by email (election@naviabenefits.com), faxing to WSU HRS (509-335-1259) through 11:59 p.m., or dropped off at your campus’ HRS Office by 5 p.m.
