Nov. 20 | myWSU: Advanced Query Techniques

This course, hosted by Amanda Taylor and Lenna Wenke, will focus on more advanced functions of the query tool and participants will build upon what they learned in Query Foundations. Participants will be expected to have a working knowledge and understanding of basic query concepts and more time will be spent on authoring, running and validating query results. The following concepts will be addressed:

  • Having Criteria- Expressions
  • Aggregate Functions
  • Sub Queries
  • Standard Joins
  • Left Outer Joins
  • Unions
  • Participants are expected to pass a written examination and complete a final query activity to complete the class.

This session takes place on Tuesday, November 20, 1-4 p.m.
