Brelsford WSU Visitor Center fifth anniversary

The Brelsford WSU Visitor Center is celebrating its fifth anniversary this year by serving free crimson velvet cake to visitors during WSU Dad’s Weekend.

Cake will be served along with other refreshments for a weekend-long open house from Friday, Nov. 2-Sunday, Nov. 4. The Brelsford WSU Visitor Center marked its fifth year with its namesake and location at 150 E. Spring St. on Oct. 12. The anniversary celebration will also involve discounts on WSU student-made products available at the visitor center.

The visitor center will be open 7 a.m.-7 p.m. Friday, Nov. 2, 9 a.m.-5 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 3, and 9 a.m.-2 p.m. Sunday, Nov. 4. Refreshments will be provided while supplies last. A WSU Dad’s Weekend Wine Tasting is also planned for 3-7 p.m. Friday featuring Merry Cellars in Pullman and Thurston Wolfe in Prosser, Wash.
