2018 InQueery Symposium Speaker on Transgender History, C. Riley Snorton: “Thinking Race, Rethinking Sex”

The 2018 InQueery Symposium, Queer (Trans)Formations, will be held in the Elson S. Floyd Cultural Center on Monday, October 29, and features WSU student scholarship from 4-6:15 p.m., and keynote speaker C. Riley Snorton at 6:45 p.m.

An influential trans studies scholar and professor at the University of Chicago, Snorton will deliver “Thinking Race, Rethinking Sex: Towards a New Trans History.” Learn more about Professor Snorton. Everyone is welcome.

This event is co-sponsored by the Program in Women’s, Gender, and Sexuality Studies, GIESORC, and the Office of Equity and Diversity.
