Lead faculty of large projects share their experience in building and managing large research programs. Experienced researchers share their successes, road blocks, and lessons learned during the development of their prestigious research programs. Advice will include how to become a high functioning project director, how to build and maintain an effective team, how to design and manage a successful large project, and how to build relationships with external partners & stakeholders.
