Stop by the Meats Lab any Thursday and Friday (during home football games) from 3 to 6 p.m. or contact the Meats Lab at cougar.qualitymeats@wsu.edu to reserve your product ahead of time. Cash, check, and card accepted. The WSU Meats Lab is a brick building located at the end of Wilson Rd between the Alumni Center and WSU Green Houses. Look for the Cougar Quality meats sign and the entrance will be on the opposite side of the building.
