2018 Employee Engagement Survey results

On Tuesday, April 3, 2018, Human Resources Services invited all employees system-wide on active Faculty, Administrative, and Classified appointments to participate in the biennial Employee Engagement Survey.

The 2018 Employee Engagement Survey Results have been compiled and shared with University leadership.  Vice Presidents, Chancellors and Deans will be asked to submit a written action plan to address concerns identified in their area/campus/college to the Chief Human Resource Officer (CHRO) within six-months of receiving the summary.  The proposal and progress updates will be shared with the President or Provost as appropriate for reference/inclusion in the executive’s annual review.  Executives will be encouraged to share their action plans with the faculty and staff in their area/campus/college.

The 2018 Employee Engagement Survey Results are available on the HRS website at hrs.wsu.edu/employee-engagement-survey.
