Free chicken and cauliflower wings in signature sauces created by WSU Dining Services chefs will be served 9 – 10 p.m., Tuesday, May 1, in the Compton Union Building Lair on the first floor.
Students can vote for their favorite sauce. A panel of judges, including WSU President Kirk Schulz and Vice President of Student Affairs Mary Jo Gonzales, will crown the “Wings of Glory” Champion.Sauces include a Vietnamese-style “Cougar Caramel”, “Sweet Victoryaki” Korean Teriyaki, “Butch Thai Cougar” Spiced Garlic and Sesame, and “Crimzone Zinger” Peruvian-style sauce.
