Visitor Center extended hours Sept. 4 & 5

The Brelsford WSU Visitor Center will be open until 6 p.m. on Friday, Sept 4, and will open at 7 a.m. Saturday, Sept. 5, to accommodate increased campus visitor traffic for the football game. The Visitor Center will close at its usual time of 2 p.m. Saturday.

Also on Sept. 5, the Visitor Center will be showcasing the WSU Viticulture and Enology label, Blended Learning, during a tasting featuring 2013 Methode Champenoise Brut and 2013 Methode Champenoise Brut Rose, presented by WSU Director of Viticulture & Enology, Thomas Henick-Kling.

The Visitor Center will host wine tastings from a featured Cougar-connected winery before home football games throughout the season:

September 5: WSU Blended Learning
September 19: Coeur D’Alene Cellars
October 17: Wawawai Canyon Winery
October 31: Barnard Griffin
November 7: Merry Cellars
November 21: Craftsman Cellars
