Wednesday night, Dec. 20, ITS is making a border network enhancement / reconfiguration. This maintenance process will cause an initial outage of approximately 20 minutes in duration, followed by possible shorter outages of 5 – 10 minute durations for off campus traffic. Follow up testing may cause additional brief outages. Work will begin at 10pm and will be fully completed by midnight.
During the maintenance period, there will be brief internet connectivity interruptions. Although the interruptions should be very short, it may be necessary to restart persistent internet connections.
**Note, this work will not affect ResNet traffic towards the internet.
