“Mindfulness: East and West” topic of Asia Program Lecture Tue, Sept. 26

Dr. Julia Cassaniti (Anthropology) and Dr. Lydia Gerber (WSU Asia Program) will share about scholarly research and practice in their presentation “Mindfulness: East and West,” and explore connections between mindfulness and our series theme “resilience.”
