Ready Player One author/screenwriter Ernest Cline: Common Reading Lecture MONDAY

Author/screenwriter Ernest Cline will be in Pullman Mon., Aug. 28, to deliver the 2017 Common Reading Invited Lecture at 7 p.m. in Beasley Coliseum.

His best-selling sci-fi, dystopian novel, Ready Player One, is this year’s common reading book on five campuses, and is the subject and name of a Steven Spielberg movie due out in March.

Following Cline’s lecture and a Q&A (questions submitted using Twitter), there will be a book signing on the Beasley concourse.

WSU students with ID will be admitted FREE to the lecture. Tickets for others are $15 for adults, $10 for non-WSU students.  Tickets are available at https://beasley.wsu.edu/event/common-reading-invited-lecture-for-ready-player-one/.
