2017-2018 Membership election for the President’s Commission on the Status of Women

If you are interested in working to improve and to celebrate the lives of women at WSU, the President’s Commission on the Status of Women is currently seeking applications to fill open positions for the 2017-18 academic year.

The Commission is composed of voting members, and friends and ex-officio members of the Commission who are charged with gathering data, monitoring emerging trends, and making policy recommendations directly to the President regarding matters affecting the lives of women in our WSU communities.

The Commission also works in conjunction with other WSU organizations to sponsor and present events such as the Women of Distinction Recognition Luncheon and Symposium.
