WSU Transportation Services gets new parking permit vending machines

Washington State University Transportation Services has installed new permit vending machines on the Pullman campus.

The new permit vending machines will replace all existing permit vending machines, which include the following locations: Student Recreation Center lot, Tennis Courts Lot, Library Parking Garage, Smith Center (CUE) Parking Garage, the Yellow 1 Lot next to Beasley Coliseum, and the Red 2 Lot behind the Indoor Practice Facility (off Ferdinand’s Lane).

The new permit vending machines are replacing machines that were installed in 2006. Field Operations Manager Cody Wilson explains, “We are looking forward to having new, more reliable machines. This will improve our customer’s experiences and also reduce the need for continuous maintenance”.  Transportation Services will be available to assist customers with using the new permit vending machines if there are any questions or concerns by calling 509-335-PARK (7275).
