Notification to All Washington Federation of State Employees Members
WSU recently received a Public Records Request from Mr. Matthieu Turcotte for copies of regular reports/correspondence and materials already in existence including all November and December 2016 reports transmitted to the Washington Federation of State Employees as regulated in the WFSE/WSU collective bargaining agreement Article 5.2 A, B, and C and any and all materials communicating union deductions taken from WSU bargaining unit employees transmitted to WFSE. WSU is required to produce copies of the records requested in accordance with the Public Records Act (RCW 42.56, et seq). The release date is set for February 13, 2017.
