Chinook Student Center opening in early February

As the first floor of the Chinook nears completion, contractors have faced snow and bad weather which has slowed progress on key areas including the exterior main entrance which is necessary to allow safe access into the building. Look for the first floor to open in early February, followed by the ground floor in late February, and the basement floor in early March.

Furniture and equipment has arrived, including 90″ TV screens, and crimson and grey paint brings the building to life. The newly released Freshëns Fresh Food Studio menu provides unique options on campus such as crêpes, stuffed baguettes, and rice bowls. In preparation for opening, student staff will soon begin training for their positions: weight room attendants, fitness class instructors, coffee baristas, and front desk attendants.
