Student Financial Services Office closure Dec. 15

WSU Pullman’s Student Financial Services Office, including the Communications Center which answers customer phone calls and emails, will be closed Thursday, Dec. 15 for staff training. Faxes and emails sent to Student Financial Services will be accepted but will not be reviewed or processed until the following business day. Please note that the Everett, Spokane, Tri-Cities, and Vancouver Student Financial Services Offices will be open to serve students that day. This closure impacts only the office at the Pullman campus which will resume its normal business hours of 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Friday, December 16.

Please encourage students and families to check the Student Financial Services website at financialaid.wsu.edu for timely announcements and key information which may assist them during the closure.
