PEBB Eligible Employees: Make changes online during open enrollment

During November, you can make changes to your medical, dental, life and FSA/DCAP plans that will take effect January 1, 2017.

Medical/Dental:  Go to the PEBB website and select the My Account link on the upper right side of the page. You’ll see which plans you currently have and if there are any family members enrolled on your account. You can change your medical and dental plans, waive medical coverage, remove family members, and re-attest to the spousal premium surcharge, if needed. Please print or save your confirmation page when you’re done for your own records and check your account after a few days to verify your 2017 elections are correct.

Life Insurance:  Visit the MetLife “MyBenefits Portal” to view your current coverage and make changes for 2017.  Remember, you MUST at a minimum identify your beneficiaries.  Also, if you have coverage on your child(ren), or AD&D coverage on your spouse/partner, those coverages will not be transferring to MetLife and you MUST re-enroll to continue that coverage.  If you enroll during the November open enrollment period, the majority of coverage you elect will not require you to go through medical underwriting.

FSA/DCAP:  If you currently are enrolled, or wish to newly enroll in a Flexible Spending Account of Dependent Care Assistant Plan for 2017, you MUST enroll during the annual Open Enrollment period.  You may do so online by visiting the Navia website.
