Faculty & Staff who participate and earn 225+ points throughout the challenge are entered into the GRAND Prize Drawing – APPLE CUP TICKETS!
At the end of week three of the Apple Cup Fitness Challenge, University of Washington is still ahead, averaging 546.37 minutes per participant to WSU’s 392.03 minutes per participant. It’s time for our mid-way rally to amp it up and help the Cougars beat the Huskies!
Did you know:
- You should be logging ALL your activity minutes? To be eligible for the challenge at the minimal level, you just need to log 30 minutes a week. However, you will want to log all of your minutes to maximize the WSU minutes that will count towards the challenge. Also, the person with the most minutes may be eligible for an additional reward!
- You can log minutes back to around two weeks ago? If you know you had activity minutes you have not previously logged, you are able to log them now!
It’s easy to compete! Sign up to participate in the challenge through SmartHealth and make sure to log all of your minutes. Be sure to sync up your activity tracker to the challenge.
