Inside view of review panels

The Office of Research Advancement and Partnerships invites you to attend one of our many information sessions for proposal development. They are held in LIGHTY 280 at 12 p.m. Bring a lunch and enjoy learning!

On October 13th enter the strange and mysterious world of review panels. Who serves on them and how do they evaluate your proposal? What are they really looking for? This panel presentation will give you an inside view on a key audience to whom you should be targeting your proposal efforts. Panelists will be:

  • Paul Whitney, CAS Senior Associate Dean, Research and Graduate Education
  • Laura Lavine, Assistant Director, CAHNRS Office of Research
  • Hanu Pappu, President Samuel Smith Distinguished Professor, Virus Genomics and Biotechnology
