Swim your way to the top at adult swim lessons

Looking to improve your swimming skills? University Recreation is offering two sessions of both adult beginner swim lessons and adult intermediate swim lessons this fall. During the beginner sessions, adult swimmers will learn the basics of swimming and focus on getting comfortable in the water. During the intermediate sessions, adult swimmers will improve in basic aquatic skills and the six basic swim strokes. All four swim sessions are taught by certified Water Safety instructors and follow American Red Cross curriculum.

 

Beginner Swim Lessons:

August 29 – October 16 in Smith Gym Room 77

  • Tuesday: 5:30 p.m. – 6:15 p.m.

August 29 – October 16 in Smith Gym Room 77

  • Thursday: 6:15 p.m. – 7 p.m.

 

Intermediate Swim Lessons:

August 29 – October 16 in Smith Gym Room 77

  • Tuesday 6:15 p.m. – 7 p.m.

August 29 – October 16 in Smith Gym Room 77

  • Thursday 5:30 p.m. – 6:15 p.m.

 

There is a $45 registration fee for UREC members and a $55 registration fee for nonmembers. For more information regarding adult swim lessons, visit urec.wsu.edu/classes-trips.
