Skype for Business Service, A New Video & Voice Conferencing Tool for WSU Employees

WSU Information Technology Services (ITS) is pleased to announce a new video and voice conferencing service called Skype for Business.

The ITS Skype for Business service is a versatile Microsoft communication tool available to all university employees beginning Monday, August 22nd.   Here are just a few of the features this service provides:

  • Voice conferencing
  • Dial-in and dial-out conferencing
  • Video conferencing
  • Screen sharing
  • White boarding
  • Live polls
  • File transfer
  • Persistent chat
  • PowerPoint presentation
  • Document sharing
  • Instant messaging (IM)
