WSU strives to provide an exemplary service experience to our clients. This is a challenge for an institution this large and distributed across so may locations and serving a diverse client base. This interactive workshop focuses on the “Client Service Skills” that make WSU memorable to our students, to their parents, and to each other.
The next session takes place on Tuesday, May 3, from 1:30-3:30 p.m.. Originating in Pullman, the session will be available statewide via AMS Videoconferencing Services.
