Dr. Ruth Hufbauer is an Applied Evolutionary Ecology Professor and an evolutionary ecologist that focuses on plant-insect interactions. Her main projects relate to invasion biology, the role of hybridization in herbivory, and genetics of population founding. She is well funded and published with her most recent work in PNAS, Nature Comm, Proc Roy Soc B, among many other journals.
