WSU is currently experiencing intermittent phone issues with calls connecting, no audio, and poor call audio quality for calls being made to and from the Pullman campus. On campus and five-digit dialing to other WSU campuses appear to be fine.
Frontier Communications, our local and long distance telephony service provider, is currently working to identify and resolve these issues that are occurring at the WSU Pullman campus. Information Technology Services currently does not have an estimated time of resolution.
