Increase engagement with new presentation tools

Step away from the podium and better connect with students using the power of technology.

At 11 a.m. this Friday, March 11, two WSU Learning Innovations experts will demonstrate half a dozen academic tools that increase student engagement.

Ruth Gregory will talk about presentation clickers, and futuristic alternatives, such as the Myo armband that lets you control devices with hand gestures.

Rob Baker will discuss ways of using a touch-screen computer and interactive whiteboards.  Also on the agenda is a demonstration of how to present remotely from your phone or other Web device.

The presentation will be at WSU’s Technology Test Kitchen in Holland 150 on the Pullman campus.  Please register here.
