Faculty Workshop: Designing Assignments with Course Goals in Mind

The Writing Program would like to invite instructional faculty and graduate students to attend our workshop in the Spring Writing Program Speaker Series. Ms. Lisa Johnson-Shull, Associate Director of the Writing Program and Dr. Anna Plemons, Instructor, English and CLASP Director will discuss strategies for aligning assignments with course goals and developing a consistent response (grading) strategy for a diverse student body.

The workshop will be offered Wednesday, February 24, from 12-1:30 p.m. in the following locations: Pullman – Terrell 24, Spokane – SAC 515, Vancouver VMMC 202Q, Tri-Cities – West 260.
