Building an Agile Organization through Change Management by Lauralea Edwards

With shrinking state funding and increasing costs, Universities are looking for innovative ways to save money. But saving money in these conditions requires making changes in an Institution of Higher Education. But there are other ways of implementing change, methods that actually result in people advocating for change.
