Crimson Reads: Save the Date

Washington State University Libraries is sponsoring and coordinating the third annual Crimson Reads Authors Reception Tuesday, March 22, at 3:30 p.m. to honor WSU authors’ contributions to the university. Please save this date. Details of the event and program will be available in early March 2016

University Libraries are requesting your assistance in obtaining a list of faculty, staff, student, and alumni authored/coauthored or edited books (including ebooks) published between January 1, 2015-December 31, 2015.

Please complete the submission form for inclusion in this event. We request that you respond by Sunday, February 28 to allow library staff sufficient time to compile the list and where to possibly secure copies of the publications not already in our collections.

Through this program, the University Libraries proudly supports Washington State University authors, as they share their successes in scholarship, creative thought and professional achievements through published works.

This occasion is a celebratory event, with a program that introduces the authors, and stages a display of their publications. A reception follows a book talk by one or two selected authors.

The Notices and Announcements section is provided as a service to the WSU community for sharing events such as lectures, trainings, and other highly transactional types of information related to the university experience. Information provided and opinions expressed may not reflect the understanding or opinion of WSU. Accuracy of the information presented is the responsibility of those who submitted it. The self-uploaded posts are reviewed for compliance with state statutes and ethics guidelines but are not edited for spelling, grammar, or clarity.
