February 8 – Civil Rights Book Signing at the Museum of Anthropology

Author and civil rights activist Paula Young Shelton will sign copies of her book  “Child of the Civil Rights Movement” in the Museum of Anthropology in College Hall on Monday, February 8, beginning at 5:30 p.m., immediately after the workshop “Teaching Social Justice in the Elementary Classroom,” to be held at 4:30 p.m. in CUE 203. Photos of the 1965 March from Selma to Montgomery by former WSU photographer James Barker are currently on exhibit in the Museum, which will be open for extended hours that day. Light refreshments will be served.
