The Washington State Department of Health requires that Washington State University (WSU) Pullman Campus update their Water System Plan every 6 years, and hold an informational meeting with water users. The WSU Water System Plan describes the drinking water system, demand forecasting, water conservation, water rights, water quality, operation and maintenance, as well as other topics.
